Mersey Buddy Scheme

The aim of the buddy scheme is to pair new anaesthetic trainees with more senior trainees as a point of contact who they can approach for informal advice and support. This could be insight into how anaesthetic training works, the setup of the Mersey deanery, advise about starting on calls, how to use the online portfolio or anything else you can think of! The buddy scheme is currently running at the majority of hospitals in the Mersey Deanery, so if you are a core trainee who wants to be buddied up with someone, or a senior trainee that is keen to volunteer then please send us an email at merseybuddies@gmail.com and we will see what we can do!
